Free Sunflower Competition for National Children's Gardening Week

With National Children’s Gardening Week coming up,
25th May – 2nd June, we would like to help to get children more
involved in their gardens.
The first plant Oliver ever grew were Sunflowers, so we have decided to run two competitions for children hoping that they will get the gardening bug, just like Oliver did!
Children can come and get their hands dirty at our Plant Centre, potting up a young Sunflower plant to nurture and grow on. Then at the end of the Summer holidays we want to see your pictures of how tall they have grown and how large the heads are.
The winners will receive a selection of gardening equipment to
help them to further develop their green fingers.
To take part, please visit Olivers Plants between
the 25th May and 2nd June to pot and take home your Sunflower.
Children of all ages welcome.
